Car Lease Specials: Japan’s Answer to Porsche

It’s been quite a while since the people in Japan’s Nissan boiler rooms have come up with a design worthy of luxury and sports bravado. But our car lease specials radar have picked up on what seems to be the new Nissan GT-R which was first put into the concept car category almost a decade ago. So will it finally be released?
For those who were expecting it to be released in 2008, you will most probably have to bump that up in your calendars to 2009--March, to be exact; but even that could be changed considering the work that has been put into this monster. So what is so special about this that car lease specials will be all over it the second it comes out? Well, it may be interesting to note that the people over at Nissan are specifically benchmarking their pet project against the Porsche 911 Turbo. And why not? The Nissan GT-R is rumored to have only the most advanced in engine technology that building the engine itself has required its own space in the company’s Yokohama factory.
Let’s get this straight: the Nissan GT-R is a speed demon. It can go from 0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds and very little turbo lag. For now, it seems that the noise that all the revving makes is something intended but knowing the Japanese, they will probably look for some kind of solution behind all the roaring created. Nissan has also made sure that the GT-R when purchased will definitely be something difficult to maintain. Its all-steel turbochargers are a far cry from the ceramic ones installed in their last Skyline GT-R release.
This speedy monster of car lease specials seems to be quite safe to drive as well in the sense that its body is solid and secure. It weighs more than the Porsche 911 which means that it will be extremely stable on the road. Coupled with weighty steering and the four-wheel drive system, it should handle turns and corners quite easily.
The Nissan GT-R is in a class all on its own as you look at its own individual specs. Its rumored to have 200 more horsepower than the last GT-R, twin turbo V6, advanced four-wheel drive, gearshift and traction control, adjustable dampers (comfort, normal, and race modes), and a double-clutch gearbox. To top it all off, a driver will be glad to know that the car will consist of both aluminum and carbon fiber. The 3.8 liter, twin V6 is quite impressive and ever since Japan’s lift on the limit for all cars to only reach 280 horsepower, Nissan has not let up on beefing up the Nissan GT-R with only best in engine class. Let’s just say as far as car lease specials go, this is one vehicle that you don’t want to leave out of your radar. And it’s definitely a legend even if it hasn’t hit the roads already.
