Stress relief management is the hottest subject today in corporate world. Increasing work pressure, the necessity to meet deadlines, trying to reach the top of the ladder are all contributing to rising levels of stress.
Stress is not to be considered lightly, as doctors and health experts point out. Increasingly young people are suffering from high blood pressure, body pains, diabetes and host of other ailments that were considered the old age diseases earlier.
Young people are increasingly facing a grave risk of heart failure, as has been shown by the rising number of young heart failure patients.
There have been number of techniques advocated by various so called health experts, but all of them are trying to cut the branches. Very few of them are trying to understand the root cause, and try to eliminate them.
Switched on living is not your everyday program. It is a holistic way to improve health and fitness. It Is probably one of the very few programs that talks about the overall stress relief management.
Meditation, yoga and host of relief programs are being advocated. The intention might be good, but however, the execution is very important for such programs.
Good exercise, healthy diet are some of the other programs advocated to combat stress.
One should understand that stress is “felt and experienced” rather than caused. Some people can do work faster than others and experience less stress. Some people understand problems quicker and complete their work quicker. So stress can be felt only when there is an improper planning, failure to understand the problem and poor time management.
Mistakes happen, only when one is not alert. Stress relief management experts should know this very important factor as the cause of stress.
www.switchedonliving.com has developed an unique holistic program that addresses many questions related to stress relief management. It helps the participants tremendously, as shown by the experience of those who undertook the program enthusiastically.
