No stress. No anxiety or panic attacks. No depression. That is wonderful. A great way to live. But life is not made up that way. Every day in our life we all experience stress, anxiety and depression at one point. Sometimes we don’t even realize we are going through it. Anxiety is not always bad. We also need it to keep us away from any danger or untoward things.
You might be stress because of work. Or stress because of family issues and conflicts. You are stress because of your finances or debts. Then you slowly move away from your happy moments. Instead you are in deep thought. Then you start to feel some shoulder aches and pains because you are stressed. The good thing about this is you can get back to your good old happy days. With some exercise and therapy, you can do it, very easy.
When you are too stressed out and you have genes that are prone to depression and anxiety, you won’t be immune from it.
You are worried. You are depressed. You are feeling dizzy and weak. Then you start to palpitate. As if there’s a hundred horses running in your chest. Or a head ache. You began to sweat. You are having an anxiety attack.
These strange and weird feelings will get you caught up in wondering "what’s going on with me." What’s wrong with me? This is very frightening. This is very scary. You fear you will lose control. You fear you are going to go insane. Get help.
Remember this. Nothing is going to happen to you. You can fix yourself and get back to happy days again. You need to learn how to deal with it naturally or with the help of some medications.
You need to get help. Stress, anxiety and depression almost always go hand in hand. After an anxiety attack, you feel very exhausted, fatigue and depressed.
Before you have anxiety and depression, do you remember those days when you are very happy? Always socializing with friends and peers? Always the type of person that’s easy to hang around? Stop stressing yourself. Get back those happy days and happy moments. Get some therapy treatment. It can be natural therapy treatment. A do it yourself therapy treatment. To some, you may need medications. Do yourself a favour, ACT NOW.
