A particularly sensitive topic of discussion with men can sometimes be sexual performance. The stereotypical male is assured and in control and a source of unshakable strength. This image, unrealistic though it may be, can also carry over to issues of intimacy whereby the male takes on the expectation of always or mostly being able to satisfy his partner during intercourse. In the event that a man does not consistently satisfy his partner sexually, the typical response may be that the man is suffering some sort of dysfunction.

The problem most often defined in a male that relates to sexual functioning is premature ejaculation. Though premature ejaculation is not uncommon terminology, the specific definition of what premature ejaculation is can be difficult to pin down. The best description for premature ejaculation just may be that the male, and perhaps his partner, believe the male has poor ejaculation control. This belief in itself certainly doesn't prove that a male has a particular poor ejaculatory response in comparison to other males, but it does indicate that sexual performance is a problem from that male's perspective, which is reason enough to at least give the situation consideration.

Males are sometimes curious about whether there's a specific baseline with respect to ejaculation times during intercourse. To put it another way, how quickly do men typically achieve orgasm during sexual intimacy. It's a question that may never be answered absolutely, but studies have suggested that men typically orgasm within six and a half minutes once penetration has taken place. Whether six and half minutes is a long time or not is up for individual opinion, but the time frame does provide an insight into typical sexual performance. It should be noted that the six and a half minute range is not an absolute standard.

If a male shouldn't make it to six and half minutes before he orgasms, it certainly wouldn't qualify as absolute evidence of a problem with sexual functioning. The more appropriate method to use, once more, might be an individual insight from the male that his sexual performance is irregular. Though men can and do consider themselves as having a problem with ejaculation control, getting input from a man's regular intimate partner gives balance as to whether a problem actually exists. The reality just may be that the male's intimate partner doesn't observe any problem with the male's sexual functioning at all, and only the male himself perceives a problem.

In the event that an issue with premature ejaculation is suspected, there are a number of options available to treat the problem. The problem of premature ejaculation is not particularly uncommon, and it typically responds to treatment successfully.

Does Extagen really help? I thought that it helps only to make PE. I increased my penis on two inches two years ago. It's a really good drug if it helps to solve the problem of premature ejaculation too.

I used extagen and the time before orgasming increased on about ten minutes. My gf is happy. Now she has enough time to orgasm.
