Imagine waking up one fine day to find you’ve lost all your hair and are bald? That is something all of us wish never happens to us. Young or old, all of us are obsessed with our hair, wanting thick beautiful hair through our lives. It does not matter if our hair is short or long, the need to take care of it and keep it healthy is an important aspect. There are some who are blessed with lovely hair or are able to spend plenty of time and money on hair products to nourish it. But there are others who rely on home remedies and basic hair products for their locks. In today’s fast paced world, no one seems to have time to work out or go for a walk anymore; they are all glued to the computer or in meetings spending their day.
Because of these tight schedules, they also eat at odd hours, which stress the human system causing all kinds of ailments, one of them being hair loss. To handle this issue, people resort to medication to provide their body with the required nutrients and vitamins. When purchasing a hair care product, it is necessary to read the contents of the same to make sure you are not subjecting your scalp to harsh chemicals. This will only take away what life is present and make your hair dull and lifeless. Instead, the person can use herbal products available which are said to be made of natural herbs and oils. These are said to help hair growth and protect its richness. Any form of exercise, yoga is also said to have a positive impact on our hair. This helps the body increase it metabolism, thereby increasing blood flow through the body and stimulating hair growth.
The role of meditation in hair growth is significant; it helps reduce the stress levels in our body and promotes good flow of energy within us. When we spend half an hour sitting silently, watching our breathing we are activating all dead cells in our body thereby rejuvenating our organs including the scalp. Regular exercise not only for our body, but also for the scalp will help keep it alive and stimulated. Massaging the scalp for a few minutes using fingers will increase blood circulation. This also has a positive effect on hair follicles and tips, removing some of the wrinkles on our forehead. Some of the hair experts say that regular meditation and massaging will rejuvenate the hair cycle helping new strands grow stronger and longer
People easily get influenced by fashion changes and want to go with the current trends. This leads them to either changing their hair style or using hair products that will change the texture of the hair. Permanent straightening of hair, perming to add volume, or blow drying and ironing hair to give it a styled look are all harmful and have an adverse effect on our hair making it dry. If the hair care products are used in moderation, combined with healthy eating habits, hair can be taken care of and growth will be assured.
