• Perceive the Special Services: Few apartments offer special services for their tenants, where its cost is included in their rent and few other apartments do not charge for such services. Make sure about these costs before you sign the lease. You have to also recognize what services are included in them.
• Make out Where Your Money Stands: While leasing the apartment, you may be asked to pay certain security deposit. Therefore, you should analyze the possibility and comfort about the deposit conditions. Similarly, you have to know when it will be repaid to you. You should also ensure that, if you have to move out of the apartment before the lease completes, what circumstances occurs. Get a subleasing to overcome such situations.
