Once you have a successful system in place for your business model, all you need is a regimented schedule to get your work done effectively. One way to do that is to formulate your daily method of operation, or DMO.

Your DMO should include several steps, however the steps will look different for each person. These steps will need to be accomplished in order to have an income producing business every single day. The five steps are: visualization of your goals, income producing activities everyday, personal development, masterminding with other leaders, and living through the law of attraction.

Visualizing your goals can be in a written format or spoken and recorded. These goals work the best when they are SMART goals; Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reachable, and Time specific. If you choose to speak your goals into a recording device, it can be very effective if you put them to music. Visiting your goals on a daily basis can be very encouraging. Displaying a dreamboard with pictures of your goals helps family members understand and respect your desire to achieve the goals you have set. In our family, our children have decorated their own dreamboards. Remember to be very ambitious when setting goals, and always remember to give back and be grateful for all you have and attain.

Spending time with focusing and completing income producing activities everyday is a necessary component to reaching your goals. A minimum of three areas are suggested to complete your balanced portfolio to move you on the path to success. These could be internet marketing, print media, signage, and or personal sphere of influence. Allotting an hour of time for lead generation is also and integral part of my day.

Personal development training should be chosen based on an entrepreneur's own interest; however it should be a purposeful activity with reasonable amounts of time devoted to it. Reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Timothy Ferriss are excellent examples of personal development activities. This is the area where you are programming yourself to win using your voice as an affirmation. Believing you are a "master marketer" is the first step. Making a list of what you want and what you don't want is another form of developing your mind to enter into the Law of Attraction.

When others share their successes, it gives you an important learning experience. Masterminding with leaders who are working their plans in the same fashion as you are and seeking advice from others who are more successful than you ensures you the optimal path for success. Being accountable for team calls and training calls within your company is a vital aspect of your business.

The final component in your DMO is developing and believing in your expectations. These expectations should be defined as you are a leader in your own business and will attract similar leaders to partner with you. Your positive role modeling is what others need to see in order for them to feel as though they will be able to duplicate a business as successful as yours.

When you follow these five straight forward steps, spending time performing income producing activities will naturally occur. Remember you and members of your business team should include these five steps into your daily list of tasks, however each one will be individually unique. As always, the key to success is a duplicable system that works.
