Stop trying to play the blame game. If you feel like you always have bad luck, a lot of it could be your own doing. You may not even realize it. If you have done any of these things, you may need to reevaluate your thoughts and beliefs.

  1. You constantly whine. Whining about things only attracts more things for you to whine about. Everybody gets annoyed by whiners, God included.

  2. You overlook the good things when they do happen. For example, I'm assuming you woke up this morning or else you wouldn't be reading this. It is a good thing that you woke up and didn't die in your sleep, right? RIGHT? I would hope you would consider it a good thing anyway.

  3. You sometimes wonder if God even cares. Maybe you should thank Him or Her every now and then for the good things instead of whining about the bad things. You could start by being thankful for waking up this morning.

  4. You utter the words "Ohhh that lucky @#$% makes me so mad!" whenever you hear about some one else having good luck. Perhaps if you tried being happy for them instead of jealous or angry, you could invite something similar to happen to you.

  5. You worry too much. The more you worry, the less faith that you have that every thing will truly be all right. How can you expect to get any where in life with no faith or confidence? Let it go. Relax.

  6. You work more than you play. It makes you dull. Life isn't meant to be dull, and it especially isn't meant to be "all work and no play".

  7. You feel hopeless or stuck. Nobody can help you better than you. You can't expect the world to change for you until you change yourself.

  8. You're not happy with yourself when you look in the mirror. Well, why? By whose standards are you comparing yourself to? Yours or someone elses? You can either find something about yourself that you ARE happy with or get a makeover. Do both if you want. Nobody is stopping you from feeling pretty but you.

  9. You find yourself constantly broke and blame every one else for it. Why are you broke? Not to say that others AREN'T to blame, but when it comes down to it, you are ultimately in charge of your own money. Once again I advise you to stop feeling sorry for yourself and stop whining. If all of your efforts aren't bringing in more prosperity, then do something different. Become some one different for a little while, change can be good. Remember when I said change starts from within, and then works itself out to the rest of the world?

  10. You have no sense of humor. If you took every thing I have just typed seriously then you're just proving my point. Learn to laugh more, laughter is the best medicine for every thing. If you can find humor with some of your problems instead of whining about them, they may not always seem so bad. You will be proving to yourself once and for all that life really isn't as bad as YOU sometimes make it.
