Nowadays we face changing of gender roles and increasing participation of women in growing involvement. This all has been accompanied by a notable shift in attitudes concerning appropriate roles for women and men.

Changes in modern family life have raised new issues: care for the children while one or both parents work, wild work schedules for parents who manage both home and a job. Thus, both men and women do have to take an active part in growing their children and preparing them for adulthood.
