One of the main things that I think is making people sick, frustrated, mad and depressed is that we are a high stress low rest bunch of people. Not only that but no matter if we are conscious of it or not we are all afraid and fear is one of the biggest reasons we are all so stressed out, then I will show how to unstress yourself.

Here is a list of things that you might be afraid of on a daily basis starting in the morning and ending at bedtime:

  1. Getting the kids ready for school on time, making sure they are not late, making sure they have a lunch. You may also fear things about their friends their school, is it safe are they making the right choices and so on.

  2. Getting to work on time. Is you boss going to be mad at you for not getting that report done, are you going to get enough tips or commissions that you need today, are you going to have to work late and so on.

  3. Driving home. Is there going to be traffic, are you going to get home safe or will you have a car accident, will your car make it home because it runs lousy, what are you going to do if it does brake down, will you be able to afford that parking ticket you got this morning, and so on.

  4. What will you make for dinner, will your husband/wife be home in time for dinner, will the kids get their home work done, am I being a good parent letting them stay up and watch tv until 10 on school nights, will the kids be affected by my working so much, and so on.

  5. what will I wear tomorrow, will I get everything done that I need to, will traffic be good, will I make enough tips etc.

As you can see and most of you can relate to some if not most of these fears that we live a fear and stress filled life everyday. Some days are even worse than your average. What then are we supposed to do in order to stop the stress and the fear from happening?

First off read these sayings, out-loud and until you feel their meaning:

  • Never face reality unless your reality is just the way you want it to be.

  • You cannot judge the value of a life by its quantity. It is by the joy that you are feeling. The more joyful you are, the longer you live. Let yourself relax and breathe and be free and be joyous, and romp.

  • The one who fears something the most is the one who has it most activated in their vibration. And so, it is logical that they would experience it.

  • Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don't want.

  • If all you did was just look for things to appreciate you would live a joyous, spectacular life. If there was nothing else that you ever came to understand other than just look for things to appreciate, it's the only tool you would ever need to predominantly hook you up with who you really are. That's all you'd need.

Now that you have done that you need to reflect on what makes you happy and what makes you unhappy, not just about your current situation or life but in every situation even if you have not obtained or lived it yet. Then take the thoughts that harm you, the fearful things, the things that make you mad or upset in anyway and instead of repressing them, let them go. Say out loud to each of them thank you for the lesson you have taught me I now let you go.

Example: Fear of making enough money to pay rent, thank you for the lessons you have taught me, I have learned from you but now I am ready to let you go.

Say this for all of them and when you say I am ready to let you go, feel those words, see it leaving your mind, your body. Then once you have let that fear or stress go replace it with something you do like or you do want.

Example: I am ready now to receive an abundance in finances, I am ready to except unlimited wealth into my life, to learn from it and grow with it. Thank you for coming into my life now.

Now you have replaced the bad with the good, feel the words don't just say them. Stick to the new thoughts, if you feel yourself falling back to the old ones remember that you let those go, they are not your thoughts anymore, your thoughts are new, positive and start thinking on them.

Tip: Sign up with some sort of daily inspirational email quote or buy some daily cards. It is important to surround yourself with positive thoughts all the time to keep yourself unstressed and fear free.

Also a good tip is when you are feeling upset about something stop yourself and take the opposite rout. If you are stuck in traffic and you are focused on that and getting upset stop and find something to be grateful for, the nice day, the song playing on the radio, the fact that you have a car when so many don't, the fact that you have a/c or a heater in your car and so many don't etc.
