There are literally hundreds, even thousands of weight loss
exercise programs on the market today but the best one is
the free weight loss exercise program. There are many to
chose from, so you need to be selective, because if they
make you some sort of guarantee that you'll drop the weight
and keep it off, chances are you won't. Don't go with free
weight loss exercise programs that promise you fast results;
a healthy weight loss program is gradual and thus healthier.
Even though the free weigh loss exercise program is slow
but it is worth every effort. Before starting with the
regime you must always consult a doctor or a dietician. The
first thing you can do is by calculating the calorie intake
in every meal. This would help you establish how many
calories you need to actual take and what your current
intake is.
The minimum calorie intake by men should be 1600 calories
and for women 1200 calories. The key to weight loss exercise
program is regular exercise with diet control. Your diet
should include lots of green vegetables and fruits which
would give you lots of vitamins and minerals.
Free weight loss exercise program helps you tone your body
and shows you ways how you can get back to shape. The
easiest ways to loose weight is by walking for 10 minutes to
being with and then slowly keep increasing the time.
Our body reacts in a specific manner when you go on a
strict starving diet. When such a scenario occurs, we switch
to "survival mode". When this happened, your food intakes
are converted to fats for storage. So though you lose weight
initially, the effects are not permanent. But if you stay
true to the free weight loss program, then over time your
will lose weight and stay healthy as well.
If you try and go on strict diet where you would be
starving yourself, in such a case your body would react
making the metabolism slow and would put your body into the
'survival mode' that would convert most of the food that you
eat into fat. By doing these strict diets you might loose
weigh but you won't loose the fat content from your body. If
you are consistent with your weight loss exercise program
then you would surely loose weight and stay healthy.
Ensure that you drink enough water, a minimum of 8 to 10
glasses everyday. So if you follow the free weight loss
program religiously and stick to a healthy diet, you will
definitely lose 3 pounds every week. By losing weight
through exercising, you will make the body fitter and leaner
as well. Also you will increase your metabolism rate making
the heart and lung healthier.
To maintain the weight that you lost, exercise regularly
and follow a healthy diet. By following the free weight loss
program, you can rest assure also that the lost weight won't
be regain also.
