You want to have good sex? Sleep more and sleep well. It is not how long you sleep, it is how deeply and fulfilling you sleep. Sleep is a sure way to fantastic sex as it has been proven in a recent research. Good sleep, good sex sounds so good to be true and the good news is, it is achievable. To enhance a good sleep, exercise is key because the working out strains the muscles and triggers massive relaxation. You cannot have good sex if you do not work out, because physical exercise helps one to stop smoking and have a good sleep. All these enhances better sex. Do not exercise only during the summer season, unless you want to have good sex during summer only. A national sleep foundation reports explains that a very vigorous active exercise towards the end of the day can lead to lack of sleep. The best time to exercise is usually early in the morning according to researchers at Fred Hutchinson center.
The research results revealed that people who participated in the morning fitness regime had higher chances of falling asleep fast compared to those who enrolled in the evening regimes. The earlier in the day you exercise the shorter the time you take to dream land. You want good sleep, good sex? The only price you have to pay is physical exercise. If you exercise in the morning you will not be feeling so tired to have sex by the time you go to bed. You will feel rejuvenated and ready for some sexual action. Smoking lowers libido and so it is a threat to good sex. Smokers are usually stimulated and therefore do not fall asleep fast and they end up having poor sleep. An exercise at the right time causes an adrenaline rush and a relief that is equivalent to the relief gained from smoking.
The brain is the greatest sex organ and once it is well relaxed it can give great sex results. A well-rested individual usually enjoys good sleep, good sex. No wonder most people like having sex in the morning after a good night of fantastic sleep. Keep fit, sleep well and all the bedroom issues will automatically be dealt with. A research carried out at Harvard School Of Public health revealed that physically active men have 30% reduced chances of suffering from erectile disfunction. Women who do not have sleep disorders reap the benefits of sleep because they have less chances of getting dry during the intercourse.
Generally, people who have fulfilling sleep habits feel more confident about themselves. Working out boosts your self-esteem and so does sleep. People who previously felt unattractive change after learning the power of sleep and exercise in their sex lives. They all over sudden feel sexually desirable and attractive. If you are having good sleep, good sex, the satisfaction in your life helps you to become more productive in your place of work and in your relationships as well. Sexuality affects flexibility which in turn affects efficiency. If sexuality is missing in function all the other areas are affected greatly.
