The correlation between essential oils, fish oil and wrinkles seems to have varying opinions. What I haven’t heard often mentioned is the healthy connection between fish oil and wrinkles. Let’s take a look at what some of these necessary oils are. And how they can benefit us.

The debate over essential oils and wrinkles goes on and on. Everyone seems to have an opinion of their own as to exactly which oils are the best ones to include in an anti aging product.

Fish Oil & Wrinkles

I guess that people are just beginning to catch on to the relationship between fish oil and wrinkles. Everyone has heard about the many internal benefits of orally ingesting the omega chain fatty acids, but it took a while for the practice of putting omega-3 rich ingredients into anti aging skin care products.

Essential Oils & Wrinkles

Essential oils and wrinkles have always been intertwined, and for a good reason. Much of the damage that our skin has incurred has come from free radical damage that we have in suffered due to our lifelong exposure to UV radiation, which means that antioxidant rich oils are necessary.

The science behind fish oil and wrinkles has established the link between omega-3 and healing aging skin. Did you know though that fish are not the only available sources of omega-3? They are also available to us through many of the vegetables that we eat every day, especially leafy greens.

Avocado Oil & Wrinkles

In this connection between essential oils and wrinkles we can use many of these vegetables in order to make ourselves look younger. Take Avocado oil for example as it is rich in omega-3. Avocado oil is regularly included in anti aging creams and lotions for this reason.

We are not only here to discuss fish oil and wrinkles. There is another topic that is equally important, and that is antioxidant rich oils. The above mentioned Avocado oil is not only included in skin care products for its omega-3, but also because it is a potent antioxidant.

Antioxidant essential oils and wrinkles cannot be separated, because much of the damage that has been done to our skin has been the work of free radicals that have been produced due to our years of exposure to Ultra Violet radiation. This problem can be treated though the use of several plant based oils. See author box for more details.

Grape Seed Oil & Wrinkles

Although not related to fish oil and wrinkles because it lacks omega-3, Grape seed oil is an excellent choice of oils to include in your cosmetics products. This oil is extremely high in antioxidants, and is a strong force in the battle to eradicate free radicals and to clean up the damage that they have wrought.

The science of essential oils and wrinkles is vastly improving not only the quality of our skin, but it is improving the appearance of it as well by helping to erase the years. -Margaret Bell
