You are about to have the best year ever -- and here's how:
1- Forget about doing things a year at a time, a week at a time or a month at a time. Instead this year, let's live our lives and do things a minute at a time -- or even better -- one second at a time. This removes the burden of the pastand the expectation of the future. It's like removing a 100 pound backpack that you've been carrying around all your life. Regardless of what anyone else says, life is RIGHT NOW.
Now that you have a lighter load...
2- Ask for help. Each of us has a support team that is standing at the ready to help us. They work in the background. However, free will is a universal law that prohibits them to help you unless you ASK for help. They must respect your will and cannot push their help on you. In an emergency, they can help get you out of a jam to save your life or avoid a disaster, but as a rule they stand by to assist and can only help if you ask. The proper way to ask is on your knees. The single word to use in the English language is "Please". It is recommended that you do this 1 time each morning and repeat the process each evening with the single word "Thanks".
Feel free to try this out right now...
Try this for 2 weeks and their assistance will become much more abundant and obvious.
3- Meditate. In another word, listen.
a) turn off the tv. b) turn off the tv and c) turn off the tv. Did I forget to say turn off the tv?
No Joke!
Please turn off the TV for a few minutes and get somewhere where you can experience silence around you. Sit there quietly and listen.
There are many philosophies about how to do this, but the basic way is to "listen in silence".
Start with 1 minute per day. Then the next day do it for 2 minutes. Then go for 3 minutes...
4- Try to base your thoughts, feelings, intentions and deeds on love and understanding. Try to practice kindness, charity and sacrifice. I know it's hard to do if you don't understand this one. Let's sum it up simply with "you will reap what you sow".
5- Initiate good thoughts in your head. Dip yourself into the thoughts of your dreams. Experience them in real-time in your head with feeling and they will manifest. Use the tools available to force your thinking. Eventually, you will break down the walls.
Paradoxically, the walls come down with surrender vs. force.
Use subliminal messages. It is a simple tool with amazing power. Use subliminal messages to save time and manifest your dreams faster.
With Respect,
