Here comes the time in your life where you are looking to get rid of those big thighs that have been plaguing you for a very long time. Your self-esteem is down, you don't look like you used to in those old photographs, your confidence level is at an all time low, and you want to learn how to lose thigh fat now.

Well, as the old saying goes, find a plan and stick to it. Do you have a plan yet? Alright then, if the answer is no, then let's get started.

You are looking for the best, fastest and easiest way to rid those big thighs forever, right? So, with that being said, let me give you some tips that have been helpful in many lives with individuals with the same or similar problem.

First of all, find a good plan, only one, and stick to it like glue. Don't deviate from the plan and have motivation. Don't change plans in mid-stream. Best motivation technique to use is to find an old photograph, not an ancient one of yourself, but one that you used to look like before the thighs became an issue.

Set a goal for yourself. Be realistic on the weight you would like to see yourself at and write that goal on a piece of paper. Don't just remember the number, but write it down. Put the two together in a place where you will see it often. Yeah, it may seem like a century away from where you are now but trust me, it will come sooner than you think if you stick to it. You must have the will power and determination to follow through with the plan you started with. You see, most individuals that start on a program don't see it through and gain rather than losing simply because they did not give their bodies enough time to adjust to the regime that they started. It takes time.

You can realistically lose 14 to 30 pounds in the first 15 to 30 days when you stay with a plan you started. You can eat foods you enjoy and your life does not have to change drastically.

Learn about good fats...monounsaturated and unsaturated. Your body needs fat to survive, but not saturated fats, cheeseburgers, fried food, butter, potato chips, etc, all the good stuff that you like but your thighs don't. Learn how to cook with good foods. Limit your portions and eat slowly. Enjoy the food you put in your body with every mouthful. Stop eating several hours prior to bedtime.

Drink plenty of water during the day. Water helps your body flush out the bad things you have and will give you energy as well. As a matter of fact, water gives you up to 3% of your daily energy.

O.K. Now here comes the fun part about the fat thighs...exercise. Yeah that's right, exercise. You don't need a hard core gym membership on how to lose thigh fat now, just a daily walk for 30 minutes or so during your lunch break from work to start with. Once you have the time and energy, get into cardio workout focusing on the thigh fat. You will build some muscle but the fat will disappear. Once you start on a good plan, you will have more energy and you will start feeling better about yourself.

Get your rest. Find a plan that works, the fat will come off even while you are resting. Bet you didn't know that did you?

Calories are needed for energy and your body will get into its own routine on utilizing the energy needed for your daily needs and will burn the rest.

Why do you want to learn how to lose thigh fat now? Because you can. Find a plan and stick to it.
