1/2 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Xocai chocolate Power Squares, broken into small pieces

2 pkgs Silken Tofu

3 tbsp chopped Pistachios

1.Place maple syrup and Xocai chocolate Power Squares in 2 cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat, heating for 30 seconds at a time then stirring, until chocolate is melted and mixture is hot and smooth, about 2 minutes total.

  1. Place chocolate mixture and tofu in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into six dessert glasses or bowls. Chill uncovered for 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
