Panic Attacks is a kind of anxiety mayhem which is a very usual problem today. The stress and the additional pressure on your brain and body can occur in Panic Attack. This is more usual in advanced countries where the people follow a different lifestyle to live at ease, but to attain all the luxuries a person has to pay a great price in terms of physical and internal strain that is a main cause of Panic Attack.
Panic Attack is a fret deep within for no cause at all, sometimes you seem uncomfortable and experience muscle tension, higher heart beats, dry mouth, breathlessness, excessive sweating, lack of attention, stomach upset etc, all of these indicates that you might sense a Panic Attack. This problem is high in people whose parents have experienced Panic Attack and can be a hereditary factor. You observe a disturbed life as you are under a continuous fret of getting a Panic Attack that surely initiates the Panic Attacks in future.
Panic Attack is similar to a Heart attack as the heart beats are faster than normal and you may experience breathlessness. You are so choked and weak that you almost experience death and all this lasts for some minutes, the most dreadful minutes of your life, after which you feel alright. After a Panic Attack you try to stay away from your family and friends, you stop going out, you feel depressed and you are under a constant terror of getting Panic Attacks further. Stress is the main cause of Panic Attack and if you have a lot of stress in your life then you may experience rigorous panic attacks. Panic is a fear that arises because of small reasons like when are getting delayed for office, or we are caught in a traffic and we need to reach somewhere urgently, financial strain or stress because of family and society problems etc.. We must calm down and should not allow our body to respond to this situation, our mind needs to be relaxed so that we are away from worries that upset us. Prevent such conditions that lead to stress, like leave home a bit early to reach office on time, take other route if you get caught in the traffic, limit your expenses and hoard money to avoid monetary troubles, solve family problems in a proper manner etc.. Thus by decreasing stress you can avoid Panic Attacks.
Panic Attacks are actually beared because of troubled emotions that make you feel low and unhappy. It is your mental state that is triggered and to ease and soothe your mind try meditation that balances your mind and body, it helps to bring in positive energy, you seem fresh and high. Yoga helps to relax your body and assists in proper blood circulation, keeps you externally fit and glad, you never feel sad and dull, you become energetic and lively. These are the natural ways to evade stress and avoid Panic Attacks. Anyhow, in severe cases you need to consult a Doctor or even a psychiatrist, who may give you some medicines and sedatives that soothe your mind, and thus relief you from stress. Adopt a better lifestyle, go for a morning walk, join a laughter club, or try to hang around with people by doing this your mind is free and relaxed. You are free from stress and thus the possibilities of Panic Attacks are reduced greatly.
