My Sexual Stamina - What Can I do to Improve My Sexual Stamina

Isn't the entire sexual experience incredible? The intense feelings and sensations you get from the endorphin rush can't be beat. What happens when our experience gets cut short? When you climax after just a few minutes or less, it can feel like the wind is being knocked out of you by a crushing blow.
There is incredible news regarding improving your sexual stamina. Studies show that 95 percent of the premature ejaculation cases are curable naturally and with relative ease.
There are dozens and dozens of techniques that can be used to both enhance the sexual experience and to increase male stamina in in the sack. The two most important tenets to fixing this sort of problem can be described as "un-training and re-training".
I'll save the most important for last, so here is what is probably the second most important reason men encounter premature ejaculation: The second most important reasons is that due to the stigma or the desire to not get caught, we have poor masturbation techniques.
Basically, our desire to not get caught in the act of masturbating often times leads us down the road to premature ejaculation. That's right, the quicker we get it done, the less likely we are to get caught.
What to do then? Un-Train yourself! When you have alone time again, take it slow. When you feel like you are close to the end (but don't wait too long or it'll be too late), slow it down and give your pc muscle a good squeeze and hold it (the muscle you'd squeeze to cut off the flow of urine while going pee). If you didn't slow down and squeeze soon enough, make note of the way you were feeling when you started the squeeze and try to do the squeeze sooner next time.
About the PC muscle; that was a great segway into the number one reason men lack sexual stamina. Often times it's also from an underdeveloped (when I say underdeveloped I simply mean an untrained kegel) kegel or pc muscle.
Training the pc muscle is THE BEST thing to do to increase your sexual stamina by 200 or 300 percent or more. Training this muscle is like bodybuilding. A bodybuilder would not go to the gym and throw a barbell around without a plan. The most successful bodybuilders have very detailed plans to help them get the amazing results they're looking for.
It's the same with sexual training. Get a plan, follow it, and then dazzle your lover with your new long lasting love making abilities. The best way to get your hands on a plan is to discreetly download one online. This way, there is no need to be self conscious about buying the product like there would if you bought it at a retail store.
