Creams containing cocoa butter and vitamin E diminish acne scars naturally over time and keep your skin soft, elastic and healthy.
Preventing severe acne is the best way for stopping your mild acne from getting worse. Wash your face twice a day with very mild soaps with antibacterial formula. Avoid junk foods, oily foods and fatty foods. Avoid using fabric softeners for scrubbing your face. Avoid squeezing pimples, blemishes and spots. Always use sun-block and moisturizers. You can apply palmer's cocoa butter daily to get rid of any type of scar. Leading an overall healthy lifestyle will also help in getting rid of acne scars.
Before choosing any specific method of treatment for your acne scars, make sure to research a lot because every treatment option has pros and cons. Some treatment may beneficial to acne scars of some people while worsen the appearance of others. You may get the suggestions from different dermatologists and can decide the really best treatment for you. The best, safe and most efficient way of dealing with your acne scar problems would be to consult a dermatologist though it will cost you much.
