Caffeine & Anxiety Don’t Mix!
Most people know that caffeine is the one of the most popular substances in the world today. In fact, it is really a psychoactive drug! You could even go further and say that it’s comparable in some ways to cocaine and ecstasy! Caffeine will stimulate your brain cells in particular.
Two things commonly happen right away if you stop drinking caffeine:
•First, you will have a massive headache
•Second, you will crash, and won’t be able to stay awake.
Your caffeine tolerance has lowered so much that your brain is fighting to stay aware.
You get a headache because of the bounce back dilation of your blood vessels in your scalp. Excessive caffeine use has a number of risks. If you drink too much caffeine, it’s possible to have a sudden seizure or even abnormal heartbeats. The abnormal heartbeats (arrhythmias) can even lead to sudden death, especially if your magnesium level is low.
The Dark Side Effects Of Caffeine:
-
Caffeine strains your nervous system, creates more uric acid in your body, and may lead to kidney damage. If you drink coffee, your chances for heart attacks and cancer will sky rocket, and when you add sugar to your coffee, it becomes even more dangerous.
-
Getting the jitters can happen to you with just 1 cup, while being addicted to coffee can occur by drinking just 2 cups a day.
-
Many Americans say that they cannot get by without their daily coffee.
-
Children are the most in danger to caffeine excess due to their lighter body weight. Parents regularly treat their children to caffeinated pop, energy drinks, cocoa, iced tea, and chocolate instead of coffee. But, the caffeine usually is the same amount.
-
Caffeine overload is a form of serious poisoning that takes place at the cellular level when as little as 250 mg of caffeine is ingested per day.
The side effects are:
•Heart palpitations
•stomach irritation
•dizziness
•muscle tension
•trembling
•insomnia
•shortness of breath
•diarrhea
•ringing ears
•lightheadedness
•headaches
-
Caffeine first triggers an adrenalin dump and then copies the "fight-or-flight" response by revving up the cardio-respiratory and central nervous systems. Every cell, organ, and system in your body is affected by caffeine.
-
Caffeine cranks up your metabolic rate up to 25%. It increases blood pressure, causes irregular heart rate, and restricts brain blood flow. It is implicated in cardiovascular disease. Six cups of coffee daily, doubles heart attack risk.
-
Caffeine pushes an overload of gastric hydrochloric acid creation, which forms stomach ulcers.
-
Caffeine can promote mental disorders with symptoms identical to panic disorder: nervousness, irritability, self-consciousness, moodiness, and depression. If you suffer from panic disorder, you’re fueling the fire when you consume caffeine. You’re much better off without it.
Caffeine is one of the major reasons of many physical and psychological problems that people struggle with every day. Don’t forget that caffeine is an addictive drug. Caffeine, animal based foods, refined sugar, refined grains and table salt, are the major foods that have the highest health risks of our day.
