If you are actively dating and involved in regular sexual activities, women always have the possibility of falling pregnant. You may have been missing your monthly period for some time now without noticing it. Check your calendar and see when your last period arrived. Or you might be savoring sour foods more than usual. These are all signs of pregnancy.

Other symptoms are nausea, extreme fatigue, tender breasts, frequent urination, headache, and constipation, heartburn, spotting and feeling faint.

Pregnant women also have frequent headache that sometimes causes them to faint or loss of consciousness. They are also more prone to extreme body fatigue.

These are just the early signs of pregnancy. If you experience two or three of these at a time, then you are an expectant mother.

The early months of pregnancy also cause the woman to vomit every morning. This is what we call the morning sickness. They are not in the mood to wake up in the morning and the time they rise up from bed, they vomit even if they have not eaten anything yet.

But again to be sure, a woman should have her monthly check up. It is always good to know early that you are pregnant. The first trimester of pregnancy is always crucial to the development of the baby. Be able to know the right things to do, and what to avoid. You would know how to take care of yourself and the baby. You would have the right intake of vitamins. You will also be given a special diet.

There are many monthly signs that are given to a pregnant woman. The time she will have her check up, she will be given monthly tips of pregnancy. She should also have her pregnancy calendar.

Now the woman knows that she is pregnant. She has now her pregnancy calendar. She has the right list of diets and vitamins and she is expecting her baby in three to four months. What should a woman do then?

A woman should then prepare all the needs of her baby. This includes the room, the crib, the bottles where the baby drinks milk, the blankets and many more. All of these things should be prepared for the coming of the baby.

Excited parents even prepare the name of the baby ahead. The most important thing is to take care of the self so that pregnancy would be successful. Laboring is very hard, so the pregnant woman should also try to think or practice the right position of laboring. It is better to deliver the baby in a normal way.
