Add Equity To Your Rental Properties

During a recent renovation of my rental properties I decided to change the kitchen cabinets. My usual paint and spackle turned into a major renovation project. I own several student rental properties and the kitchen cabinets needed an update. So I set out to find the best deal on kitchen cabinets and was surprised to find the best deals were online.
Ironically, the absolute best prices for kitchen cabinets were right in front of me. I looked high and low; I went from store to store and could not find good prices on kitchen cabinets. When I say good prices, I felt paying around $120 to $150 per cabinet was a decent price, however, what I was finding was much higher prices and the cabinets were mostly made of particle board. It was getting to the point where I decided to go into a big box hardware store (or you may know it as Home Depot or Lowe’s). I had searched the local kitchen stores and some "mom and pop" home improvement centers but was not finding anything worthwhile. I then checked the big stores and found even less opportunities to save money. All I was looking for was a decent cabinet at a good price; however what I was finding was particle board cabinets at a very high cost.
At some of the stores I came across RTA kitchen cabinets. This RTA cabinet or in other words "ready to assemble" is another form of kitchen cabinet. It is basically the same as the assembled cabinet, but you the consumer put it together. And by assembling it yourself, you then save about thirty percent (30%). So now I was finding a better way to buy cabinets (with RTA kitchen cabinets), but I was still looking for the best deal. I looked in store after store and no luck with the pricing I wanted, so I finally decided to go back home and do a search online.
This is finally when my luck changed. I did a Google search for RTA kitchen cabinets and found a bunch of good leads. I avoided the paid searches at the top of the search engine page (note – always avoid the paid searches at the top and side of any search engine – these ads are not in your best interest and are absolutely not the best way to find what your looking for). I ran through a few of the sites, found the best one --that was the most in depth and had the best prices and quickly realized that I had finally found it! These prices online were at least thirty to forty percent less than any retail I found and the quality was good as well. The RTA kitchen cabinets I found had solid wood fronts and paneled wood sides – no particle board. This equaled everything I need – price and quality.
In the end I searched every local store and some of the chain hardware stores. I wanted to buy local and save money, but the online prices for RTA kitchen cabinets were by far the better price. I saved money buying online, saved gas, and saved time after I found out that buying online was the best way to go.
I have been remodeling house for 15 years, and I have the secret to getting high qualitykitchen cabinetry at an affordable price. Interested in finding out my secret? Follow these links to find out the secret to getting kitchen cabinetry at 30-40% below retail prices
