There are many reasons why we find ourselves and experience stress, related or not related illness and life challenges.
Experience shows that stress is actually a part of the systems natural rejuvenation solution, and therefore I do not recommend a mindset, to fight stress, or any other natural body and system responses. Stress, anxiety, depression... No matter what the names we may have given them these are the evidence of our body and our system self regulating for health.
Inner Energy Meditation is a tool, with the intention to help the body complete the natural inner healing process. Never to eliminate or replace any other process but simply to support it with energy first.
The next step is letting that inner energy guide us, during the meditation. It is the process of self regulation.
Self Regulation has a few basic steps:
1.In the beginning of your Inner Energy meditation experience it is very important to be guided in order to jump start your self regulating process. The very first time you will receive the connection with energy. Inner energy is radiating from one person to another. just like two tuning forks, when you will, for the first time, be present in the teachers energy, you will immediately begin resonating a similar inner state, now the process of aligning yourself with the teacher is of course not done physically, it is done through intention, intention to learn.
The teachers energy does not simply transferred to you...your system uses the teachers energy to inspire a higher inner state to complete what is necessary to you. In other words inspired by your teachers live personal connection, the inner tune you will be hearing will be uniquely yours! In ancient tradition it was called "initiation" but now you know how it really works and there are no substitutes, you must be present in a live presentation or you will never know what you're missing! (We will continuing to improve and build on every and each training we have.)
2.You allow the energy to awaken your inner system. Paying attention to your body to allow it to physically guide your movements. Paying attention to your thoughts and allowing them to "wonder" to take you. Paying attention to your inner imagery and if colors or images come to your mind allowing them to come and allowing them to change. Emotional responses and sounding could also occur. Crying or Laughter are equally beneficial, if they are awakened from within. Tingling sensations, pressure, lightness of the body, the room may feel small or big...etc. Sometimes there is complete stillness. There are as many different sensation and reactions as there are people and life situations. We are all unique and different and we will all have somewhat individual version of self regulation.
In the later stages, during the meditation, the body may go into more familiar postures or movements which those who are familiar with the the teachings of yoga, tai-chi, or breathing meditation techniques, visualization techniques, sounding and mantra techniques and many others.
The key is that in Inner Energy Meditation, you do not require to learn the external technique. If and when that external familiar or unfamiliar sound, posture or movement does manifest during the meditation , it is only because at that exact moment, based on the energy within, our body our system required this expression to as a final completion of something which has already gone through all the inner self regulatory stages to express.
Every thing will begin from Energy, from within and than guide you into your personal moment. It will give you all the signals you need. There are very few rules, and restrictions from the outside.
