7.A poor email subject line will not attract readers therefore write an attractive subject line to attract readers. The subject line of email is the key factor to bring a reader to the detail of the message.

9.Your email message should be formatted properly because improper formatting will cause strain in your readers’ eyes. Arrange it in the form of short paragraphs with a continuous flow.

10.It is not enough to include URL in your email message but ask your readers to perform a particular action. You should have something valuable in your provided URL because it will bring readers to your website in future.
