Funny thing, if you do a search for acne, you will find site after site saying you should wash your face twice a day. This is an Internet myth , like the urban myths of old , stated once and has been whispered from person to person! This is a very damaging for the skin and a good way to actually get acne!

First of all, acne has nothing to do with dirt on your face. No matter how many times you clean your face, you will still have acne. It will be destructive to wash to much as you will only irritate your skin and cause more breakouts. If this isn't a remedy then we should not keep saying it is. Facial scrubs can work well but they must be correctly formulated and contain a moisturiser. If you have blocked pores then a scrub is recommended only when they are blocked , not for everyday use.

Secondly, the denial of correlation between the food you eat and the acne on your face. Food and acne is not related is something said over and over and has been accepted by almost all. A short study was done by the US government , and has now been accepted as doctrine.

Quite simply , the food you eat affects the skin. Since the government study, no large or long studies have been conducted on Americans. There has been small scale studies , here and abroad , that indicate otherwise. There are many small University studies that show how foods can damage your health and skin quality.

Studies of foreign cultures have shown those without processed food in their diet did not have acne problems. . Many cut-off communities were immune to acne until we arrived and introduced them to our food .

There is an evident connection between unprocessed foods and acne problems , this is extensively published in for skincare.. acne skin care treatment products like Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid are so well publicised , and recommended, if diet is so keenly supported? |You may be wondering why diets are not so targeted and Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid is pushed as the only acne skin care treatment products ?}}}

Harsh chemicals can clears the skin , or be an effective treatment , but the root cause is the point that needs to be tackled. Be sure that if your acne is a result of your health , surface treatment merely disguise the problem.. Excess oil and bacteria could well be the cause of acne , but if we clear up the causes of this excess then acne will stop.
