The best approach to losing weight is to combine a healthy diet with an exercise routine. Although some weight will be lost if you hold to a calorie-reduced diet, more weight is lost if stored calories are burned by exercise. In the end, it all comes down to burning more calories than you consume. With exercise, the process goes more quickly. This leaves the question of what exercise is best. The answer, perhaps surprisingly, is that there is no "best" exercise. In fact, the research shows that repeating the same activity produces boredom and makes it more difficult to keep up the motivation. The aim in deciding what to add to the mix is up to you, but the end-product should be enjoyment. People new to exercise tend to fall into a trap. They know they should work-out to lose weight but, with the extra weight they are carrying, exercise is often uncomfortable. It's therefore easy to give up. Getting stuck in a rut, finding the whole exercise thing monotonous, they are giving themselves an excuse to give up.
You need to approach exercise with an open mind and be prepared to try new things. But before you start, you should have yourself checked out by a doctor. If you have been leading a quiet life with nothing more than walking around your home and workplace, your body is not ready for sudden exertion. If you are older rather than younger, there is always the possibility you may have heart problems or other disorders. A doctor is in the best position to judge how much exercise you can tolerate and how quickly you can build up to something reasonably strenuous. Keeping this real, you may not have health insurance that covers a consult with a doctor for these purposes. If so, you should find someone with qualifications as a sports trainer or coach. You need someone to devise an exercise regime that fits your current abilities and will be safe.
Once you get through the first few weeks of gentle workouts and your muscles have started to tone, you should begin trying different types of exercise. Some people prefer sports because they are social. Being in a team makes it more fun and keeps up the motivation. If you prefer being on your own, try working out in the gym, swimming, cycling on quiet roads, and so on. As a final thought, you are likely to feel more hungry as you burn more fat. That is how the body is designed to react. You will probably find it useful to add phentermine into the mix during the early stages to suppress your appetite and keep your motivation going. Time is the key element in this. The longer you exercise, the more pleasurable it becomes. You feel better in yourself, have more energy. Alongside this, your body also adjusts to eating less food. In fact, your stomach will slowly contract as your diet progresses. By using phentermine in short bursts to control your appetite, you should find a variety of exercises sheds the pounds, makes the experience fun and gives you a better quality of life.
