The best approach to losing weight is to combine a healthy diet with an exercise routine. Some people prefer sports because they are social. Being in a team makes it more fun and keeps up the motivation. If you prefer being on your own, try working out in the gym, swimming, cycling on quiet roads, and so on. As a final thought, you are likely to feel more hungry as you burn more fat.
