Did you know that cellulite is reaching certain epidemic proportions in countries all over the world? Not only is the United States one of the fattest countries but Austria has a gigantic problem with cellulite.

Even though anyone can eventually get cellulite at one time or another in their lives, women are usually the main culprits.

Austria is a beautiful country filled with loving people. When looking into the life of a traditional Austrian, the menu would look something like this: Usually the day begins with a light breakfast of hot chocolate or coffee, rolls, bread, and jam or marmalade. Later in the morning, some have their second breakfast, including goulash or hot sausages. The main meal of an Austrian diet usually includes me at ,soup, potatoes, veggies, salad and sometimes a pasta. Do not forget the desert. Pastries are the number one sweet that Austrians love.

Now, with this said, why would the Austrians have a problem with cellulite? This diet does not seem to be that bad. I have seen much worse diets in the USA especially in the southern regions where the majority of foods are fried. This would make more sense. But for some reason, the Austria population is ranked #1 in searches for ways to get rid of cellulite?

According to some polls discovered, here are their top 7 ways of getting rid of cellulite:

1.cardiovascular exercise can not be stressed enough. Your heart needs to be pumping enough blood to increase your circulation to help minimize and get rid of your cellulite deposits.

  1. Eat healthier foods. Drink healthier drinks.

Stop drinking soda and beverages that contain nothing but sugar. Drink more water. More than you want to. Keep your body flushed and circulating. Do not eat fattening main dishes on a regular basis, but eat more fresh fruits and vegetables instead. There are plenty of healthy alternatives to deserts that will satisfy the "sweet tooth" most of us have.

3.There are many different kinds of cellulite creams and lotions on the market today.See if some of them they work for you, but check the ingredients first to see if you are allergic to any of the chemicals some may contain. Go for more natural ingredients if possible.

  1. There is a machine called "the Endermologie" which is used in France. The idea was to gently use rollers and suction similar to a massage, to increase circulation and rid of the toxins. Any device that does this will always be a benefit to reducing cellulite. Check into this and see where this can be done.

  2. Austria is known for their very personal treatments of vacuum therapy. This may work wonders for you but you will have to put on and wear a special suit and spend about 30 minutes on a treadmill. Your stomach and obliques will get the best workout and this method has been proven to work however, if you have a weak heart or get faint or dizzy from exercise, I would not recommend this for you.

  3. Maybe you are not overweight but you still have cellulite deposits that you want to get rid of. If this is what you want, you might want to try the ionithermic body treatment method. This method uses thermal clay combined with electrical impulses and specially-made pads.

  4. Cosmetic surgery. Unfortunately, a very expensive way to go, if you do not have the money. Also known as liposuction. This is considered a surgery therefore a plastic surgeon is required to do this procedure.

There you have it. The 7 treatments that the Austrians use. Maybe they do not have issues with cellulite but want to keep up with all of the options and methods on how to keep getting rid of it. So if you have cellulite, you are not necessarily going to have it for the rest of your life. Because of medical research and tons of new available resources, help is always available.
