Pomegranates have become the new magical fruit, everybody is talking about them and there is nothing wrong with adding another healthy fruit to your vocabulary. First we need to look at where pomegranates come from and how they benefit our lives.

Pomegranates come from Iran and have been cultivated all over the Mediterranean region. They were introduced to California and Arizona around 1769, now the importance of pomegranate juice is hitting the news and many people are finding out about this exotic fruit with a funny name.
