When someone is planning to change a course in their life, they need to understand the traits that they have that can motivate them to do better in life ahead and can make it easy for them to interact with others in the world in a certain way. To make a positive change in their life they need to acknowledge the path that they have been on and should try to consciously decide that they will put in all potential to create that positive change.

The life path that one takes can be difficult, but with us having so many options available to help us learn to live life in a full and productive way, it makes us understand the discoveries and commitments in our life better. There are so many things like psychological counseling to healing arts like massage therapy to visualizations that help us in understanding our life and destiny. One such mode that is the most useful is tarot reading.

There are many people who are not aware about tarot cards. A deck of tarot cards contains 78 cards, which are divided into Major Arcana and the Minor Arcana. There are 22 cards in the Major Arcana which include cards like The Magician, the Star the Emperor, the Chariot, Judgment, Strength, and Death. While the rest of the cards are a part of the Minor Arcana, they are divided into four suits which include Cups, Pentacles, Swords and Wands. The minor Arcana also has numbered cards named Kings and Queens.

Tarot reading is all about deriving the meaning of each card keeping in mind the context in which it is dealing. The way the cards are spread is called the tarot spread and it includes the Celtic cross, the Astrological spread, and the Horseshoe spread. Every tarot card has a certain appearance and a symbolic interpretation.

The tarot cards also correspond with a certain path, trump, Hebrew letter, and zodiac element planet. It also corresponds with animals, plants and deities. Giving an example here, there is a card in the Major Arcana which is the Lovers, this card means that one could be finding a soul mate or is currently in a relationship. This card could also mean and could be interpreted as love, harmony, optimism and trust or even a missed opportunity for love. A tarot card can have many other interpretations like a pending decision about a relationship, or a romantic temptation or it could be one’s choice between two love interests.

There are so many ways in which a tarot card can be interpreted and as mentioned above, the lover’s card also corresponds to the Hebrew letter Zain, to Gemini, to the Gods Janis and Castor, to the magpie and to the orchids.

It is a general thinking that a person who reads tarot cards is a fortune teller, but tarot reading is more than fortune telling; tarot reading is more like a peek into the way one perceives and interacts with one’s internal and external world. A tarot reading provides one with valuable insights into one’s past or current situation.
