Remove Bags Under Eyes Problem

Is it best to choose an eye contour gel or an eye cream for bags under eyes? We’ll look at that question here, but if you really want to get rid of unsightly puffiness, dark circles and even wrinkles, there are a number of steps that you can take. You will see them below, in no particular order of importance.
Sleep All Night—Party All Day
That’s a twist on the popular notion of partying all night and sleeping all day. Vampires and teenagers might be able to do it. But, even they will have dark circles the next day.
Studies have shown that night workers, who must sleep during the day, suffer from a variety of health problems, including depression. They probably have more wrinkles, too.
Research has also proven that growth hormones are produced mostly between the hours of midnight and 3 am. A good eye contour gel can stimulate skin growth, which improves thickness and helps reduce dark circles and bags under eyes, but no eye cream can take the place of growth hormones produced while you are sleeping.
Eat Right & Take a Good Multi-nutritional Supplement
What you will find in the best eye cream is nutrients. That’s surprising to some people, but one of the things that contribute to bags under eyes is poor circulation of fluids. The thing that causes dark circles is leaky blood vessels. Specific antioxidants, like those found in citrus fruits and passion flowers have been shown to support blood vessel strength and improve circulation. You can find nutritional supplements and a good eye contour gel that contains those antioxidants.
Don’t Use Waterproof Mascara
If you use waterproof mascara, you have to use a harsh cleanser to remove it. Rubbing and pulling at the skin is usually required, too. The rubbing and pulling can cause bags under eyes and the harsh cleansers can damage the delicate thinning skin. It’s better to worry about runny mascara than to let your eyes show your age.
After removing your makeup at night, use a good nighttime moisturizer all over your face. You don’t need a specific eye cream or eye contour gel at night, as long as your moisturizer contains good ingredients. Shea butter, avocado oil and coenzyme Q10 are some of the ingredients to look for.
Creams or Gels?
It really doesn’t matter whether you choose an eye cream or gel for bags under eyes, dark circles or wrinkles. All that matters is that the product contains effective ingredients and does not contain paraffin wax or liquid paraffin.
Many companies use those ingredients. Supposedly, it makes the products easier to apply. It actually can make puffiness worse, because it pulls.
The most effective ingredients according to numerous clinical trials are HALOXYL and EYELISS. They contain proteins that stimulate skin growth and antioxidants that repair leaky blood vessels. They are European ingredients that, until recently, were available only to celebrities. Now, anyone of us can buy an eye contour gel containing them.
