But still we have to remember that anxiety is not only reason for hear attack. There are several other reasons such as high cholesterol levels and obesity might cause heart attack. Very often we saw people, who were suffering from heart attacks due to this anxiety.
The physical symptoms would be heavy sweating, chest pain, increased pulse rate, Labored breathing, trembling, excessive fear or feeling of going crazy, senseless of and toes and fingers unrestrained shaking are some of the symptoms that might occur. During an attack, a sufferer may experience one, quite a few of these symptoms.
As the symptoms are very common for the both, many people thought that they are same. Many people think that when they are anxious they would get heat attack, but it is not true. It is truly anxiety attack. In two attacks the heart beat would be irregular.
