Have you ever wanted bigger breasts? Most women would answer ‘yes’. In our day and age, bigger is certainly better. Fortunately, there are more ways to grow your breasts today than in the past. When I was in college, I was very unhappy with the size of my breasts. They were pointy and tiny compared to most of my girlfriends. I was always self-conscious of them and that made me very shy, especially among boys. No wonder I never had a boyfriend in college.
When I got my first paycheck, I determined to use my own money to find a way to grow my breasts naturally. I was sick and tired of being left out, feeling like an ugly duckling. Well, it’s time this duckling is transformed into a beautiful swan, breasts and all!
So the first thing I did was invest my money in a breast growing product. It was a herbal product that was guaranteed to grow my 32A breasts by at least one cup size in 30 days. I bought 2 months’ supply, just in case. After a month or so, my breasts felt firmer so I was encouraged. I kept consuming the product for another month till my supply ran out but by the end of two months, my breasts had not grown at all. I felt like a fool.
I didn’t want to get scammed again, but at the same time, I didn’t want to give up either. So I did my personal research on the matter and discovered a few important things.
I discovered that there are quite a number of things that combine to make breasts grow. The primary thing is the presence of estrogen in your body. Estrogen is the female hormone that is responsible for developing a girl’s breasts during adolescence and is produced in the ovaries. After adolescence, the ovaries continue to produce estrogen to maintain the size and shape of a woman’s breasts. But what if your body is given more estrogen? Your body could use the extra estrogen to grow your breasts beyond its size at puberty.
The other thing that is needed in growing breasts is protein. This is logical because all our cells are made of protein so the more protein you consume, the more it can be changed into fat cells in your breasts.
These two primary elements are supported by a whole host of other trace elements in your food as well as other techniques such as breast massage that make your breasts grow. That’s why my first try using that herbal product did not work. It had the food elements but not the other requirements.
So I continued my search for the most holistic and effective method to grow my breasts. After further reading, I came across an e-book entitled, "How I made my Breasts grow Bigger naturally" by Nancy Newton. As I read the website, I was intrigued because it contained things that other websites did not mention such as using your imagination and mind in determining the speed of your breast growth. I immediately ordered myself a copy.
After following Nancy’s method for 2 months, I am happy to report that my breasts grew from a 32A to a 32B. It’s not fantastic, but it’s a good start. I know that if I continue with her instructions, my breasts will grow even more in days to come. All thanks to Nancy Newton’s "How I made my Breasts grow Bigger naturally".
