First of all, I am not some super vain diva. I do not primarily depend on my looks for a living, unlike movie stars or entertainers. So my reasons for wanting to grow my breasts were not for popularity or money. At 5’ 7", I was pretty satisfied with my height. Weighing 120 pounds seemed just about right for me, too. But what I wanted for my body was bigger boobs. At only 34A, they were small for my frame. I felt disproportionate and not feminine enough. Even my two younger twin sisters have bigger breasts. Believe it or not, they sometimes trade bras and well, you guessed it, I could never exchange mine with theirs. Bummer!
So I wanted to stop looking like the tomboy in the family. I wanted to feel like more of a woman. After all, if a woman is not distinguished by her breasts then what else, right? I mean, a flat-chested woman might as well have been born a man.
This quest of growing my breasts led me to do some research on the Internet. I couldn’t believe how much information there was out there. I knew I had to try something but what? Well, I was on a tight budget so no expensive creams or supplements for me. And surgery was out of the question as well for the same reason. Besides, my mother would kill me. So that narrowed my options.
As a result of my reading, I concluded that the way to have effective and lasting breast growth was a combination of diet, massage techniques, lifestyle changes and psychological elements. Most methods of growing breasts contain only one or two of these and that’s why they do not work (or work only to a small extent).
After what seemed like an eternity of searching and reading, I came across a product that fulfilled the criteria I set for the ideal method of growing my breasts for me. It was an e-book by Nancy Newton entitled, "How I Made My Breasts Grow Bigger Naturally". Nancy’s personal story was something I could identify with. Her e-book was affordable and her method teaches not just one or two aspects about breast growth; it includes some aspects that most other methods do not. For instance, Nancy shows you how to use your emotions to determine the speed of your breast growth, generate genuine self-confidence and self-esteem without even trying, how to use your imagination to influence the size of your breasts etc. These are some of the psychological elements I was referring to.
Needless to say, I bought the e-book and immediately tried out Nancy’s method. A month went by, then two and three. It took time, but by the end of my third month, I noticed some changes. My bras certainly felt tighter and my cup size had grown. Encouraged by the results, I kept up her method for another 3 months or so.
Now after nearly seven months, I am proud to say that my breasts have grown by two cup sizes! I’m so excited because I can finally compare myself with other women and feel just as beautiful as any of them. If you want to grow your breasts naturally for whatever reasons, I highly recommend Nancy Newton’s "How I Made My Breasts Grow Bigger Naturally".
