I never want to suffer again from vaginal yeast infection symptoms and all the complications it caused me. So I am sticking to the natural prevention plan I discovered.

Why do I mention multiple plans and changes? I am often asked by my friends who know my health issues, what is the best infection prevention plan to follow? They know that I have followed several plans. Some are easy and some are too restrictive. I have found a balanced plan and am staying with it – because it works for me.

The best advice I have is that only you can determine the answer to this question. I personally have not felt this good in years. I am not exhausted from the toxins that yeast over-growth leaves in my body. I do not have that mid-afternoon energy drop anymore. But this is not the whole story... no more infection symptoms.

My yeast infection problems almost always resulted in a bladder infection and digestive problems. It seemed inevitable, season after season. I would start to feel really tired and have abominable cramps. Then I would go to the doctor and have an examination. The yeast infection would be the first on the list and the other symptoms would be treated separately - prescription for antibiotics for the bladder infection and antacids for the pain in my stomach and gas.

Since I have embraced this natural approach, I have not had a bladder infection. Also I am not taking antacids. If you have never had a bladder infection, then you do not know the pain and misery it can cause. This is my motivator. Why would I change my approach to managing Candida over-growths if the current one is working for me? It is not a treatment, but a natural, easy plan.

There are three primary areas to a natural approach for prevention: types of foods in your diet that promote growth (avoid these), your immune system (enhance it), and natural vitamin and mineral supplements. The plan that I follow is very clear about the foods that should be avoided. Accidently I conducted a personal test in the beginning of following the natural plan. Because I was on vacation, I took a vacation from the plan! Not because it is hard to follow on vacation, no, I just lapsed into old habits. You guessed it – yeast infection started up again. Because I never want to suffer again from a vaginal infection and all the complications it caused me, I will stick to the plan that works for me!

A winning blog has a perfect "navigation" hook, such as three Buttons to key problem solvers, then those pages have three buttons… Attractive blogs are memorable and are bookmarked more often by your readers. The format, content and ease of navigation are tools for your readers to quickly get want they need and move on!!! It is best to not include content that is personal unless it is in relationship to the products being offered. It is comparable to searching for the restroom and only finding endless aisles in the department store. Eventually you get desperate and leave the department store!!!

A winning blog has a perfect "opt-in" hook. This is probably the most important hook of them all. Fish and surfers need a reason to take the hook. The Opt-In hook needs to be the solution to the #1 problem the main product solves. Let me give you an example, the fish needs a registry cleaner now and the Opt-In gives a free trial of a Registry Cleaner via email if they sign-up for newsletter. Most sites ask reader to sign-up for newsletter with no visible immediate return on value. Remember visitor wants immediate return. In this case, find product with trial period, ask visitor to sign up for trial and email visitor the location for the trial.

Dazzle visitors with hooks, bangles, and videos for repeat visits and a great experience at your blog site.
