In today's world everyone is working hard doing a job for someone else, hoping to make enough money for the things they need. Some people are working two or three jobs trying to make ends meet. Unfortunately this is what our society sees as responsibility and people follow this mode because they know nothing else.
When you look at information about how people have accumulated wealth it reveals that most of them looked at wealth in a different way than most people do today. If you talk to these people they will tell you that money is not their motivation for their wealth. This may come as a shock to most people who are always looking for money, but the wealthiest individuals know that achieving financial needs and hopes have nothing to do with money.
It Starts With A Plan
Most wealthy people started with a plan that was simply, I want to be rich. They decided and made a firm commitment to the fact that they would have enough money to do whatever they want whenever they want. They had no real idea of how or when they were going to get there but they stuck to their conviction that it was going to happen.
Many started out working for other people and then realized that they had to have their own business in order to get what they wanted. Others started out with one business and tweaked it until they had something they enjoyed. Most greats have shown that they were not trying to find something that someone else would want when they started their business. Instead, they had a passion and a need within themselves to fulfill. They started a business because of that need not because they necessarily wanted to help other people.
Whether they decided to be a writer, a musician or a corporate mogul they all started with their commitment to their idea and they ran with it.
Success Does Not Come Without Failure
Most of the people who have achieved their financial dreams and hopes have done so with failure along the way. They have started out in many directions to have some of them come to a dead end. Instead of worrying about the failure they picked themselves up and dusted off the failure in order to move ahead. Thomas Edison was a good example because he said that all his failures showed him how his inventions would not work.
Those people who really get to live their dreams realize that failure is just something that happens as the natural course of getting to what they want. A more recent example is Oprah Winfrey and her weight loss issues. Instead of hiding them from the public she wrote a magazine article about it. This was her way of dealing with her failure head on, though most people would not see this as failure.
When we label our experiences as failures we are often not able to get past them. If you want to create the life you want you have to push past the challenges and continue on your way. This is a great way to open up to your good and make sure that you achieve all your financial dreams and hopes.
Doing For Others
All people who have achieved their dreams and their hopes do so by helping other people. They extend their human kindness in a variety of areas. Some people start foundations that give out money to charities. Other people use their money to give to individuals they see that need it, and they do not worry about being seen for giving to someone. Yet other people choose to find interesting ways to help people and they do so in ways that no one ever hears about because they do it anonymously.
What they have found is that by doing something for other people they actually enhance what happens to them. It is a way of sharing the wealth whether it means giving a smile or a simple task that they complete for someone, everyone benefits from what is done.
Finding The Strength Within Yourself
If you want to live your dreams look for ways right now to get started. You don’t have to wait for the perfect time because that time is now. Take small steps towards your goal every day and be grateful for what you have accomplished. Help others along the way. Soon you will see that your dreams have been fulfilled.
