Your goal is to lose body fat and have the sculpted abdomen that you have been dreaming about. It is crucial to focus on the right details and to maximize the production of the powerful hormone that is burning fat. This very important hormone is known as GH- the growth hormone.
This is released by the pituitary gland and during puberty we have a lot of GH in our body. Slowly, as we grow older, the hormone reduces its quantity in our body.
This hormone has a key role in how our body is shaped up and how we manage to burn fat and lose the excess weight. In the last few decades, the studies have shown how increasing the GH level in our body will improve the body mass and also the bone mass. At the same time, the increased levels of GH will decrease the body fat.
Many bodybuilders have injected themselves with synthetic GH in order to achieve the great results they wanted. But you should know that the synthetic version of GH hormone is very expensive, really hard to obtain and can have many undesirable side effects.
But how about increasing the GH level in your body in a natural way? Is that possible? The answer is Yes. All you need to do is get into a hormone stimulating training program. This way you will grow the GH hormone level in the body doing some simple workouts.
How to increase the hormone levels with your own program:
Do intense exercises - Training intensity is one of the most important elements when it comes to increasing the GH level in the body. If the workout is fast the gland that produces GH will go on overdrive and secrete the hormone. It is also important to keep the workouts at maximum 50 minutes and not more, because after those 50 minutes, the effects will be negative.
The exercise volume – You need to perform quality work as much as you can during those 50 minutes. This means that you will have to do exercises that are training all the muscles and they do not interfere with each other. Also, you need to take minimal rest periods between the reps.
The rest periods - Keep rest to the minimum. The intervals must be 60 or 90 seconds short. Only in this way you will do a quality workout and you will get GH in your system. If you do long rest periods, then the effects will not be seen.
The rep range – You should do sets of exercises that range between 8-12 repetitions. With these reps you will increase the lactic level and this will release the GH hormone.
Sprint - This is a small little secret. I have used it with many of my clients and the results were fabulous. A short sprint workout will be perfect especially if you do six 30-second sprints. This will really peak the GH output.
If you will do these easy to perform steps you will be able to lose body fat and shape your body.
