Welcome! Stomach weight is one of the hardest things for a person to lose. This is so because most bodies will burn fat in the stomach last. So even if you have a good diet and think you exercise enough, know that most likely your body is putting off your stomach fat until it has nothing else to burn. Lucky for you, below is a helpful tip on how to lose stomach weight.

The exercise that will be explained to you involves running and abs exercises. So before you perform a workout you must stretch properly. Stretching will allow your muscles to relax and thus grow stronger. Muscles take over body fat and with strong muscles you will be able to get rid of your stomach fat.

Try out the following workout for at least two weeks and you will see great results.

  1. Warm-up with a light jog. Jog for about 10 minutes.

  2. Perform an abs exercise. I recommend doing crunches this time around. Do 5 sets of 10 crunches, thus totaling 50 crunches.

  3. Run for 10 minutes. This run should be faster than your warm-up jog. You should have a small sweat after your run.

  4. Perform another abs exercise. You may choose to do the standard crunches above, but I recommend doing leg lifts. Lift your legs until they are 6 inches off the ground. Next lower them to 3 inches off the ground and then back up to 6 inches. Complete 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Thus you will be completing 75 leg lifts.

  5. Sprint intervals. Start off with a jog for about 2 minutes. At the 2 minute mark, sprint for 30-60 seconds. Next jog for another 2 minutes, then sprint again for 30-60 seconds. Complete this one more time for a total of 3 sprints.

  6. Perform another standard crunch. Do 5 sets of 10 reps for a total of 50 crunches.

  7. Finish off with a slow jog for about 5-10 minutes.

This workout should take you about an hour to complete. If you can not perform all the exercises, do not worry as your body will eventually get use to the workout. If you put the effort into this workout, you will lose stomach weight and gain muscles in your abdomen region.
