ODENZA has noted an increase in false reports posted on ripoffreport dot com and scam dot com.

In recent days ODENZA has noted a significant increase in false complaints posted on rip off report dot com and scam dot com. Odenza has made several attempts to contact the people postings these complaints but the contacts are either not functional or non-existent.

We have concluded that these reports are being falsely reported to damage Odenza’s reputation. For legitimate or accurate reports and for valid business ratings we encourage all customers to visit www.bbb.org. The Better Business Bureau is a private, non-profit organization developed to monitor and report marketplace activities to the public. BBBs are governed by their own Boards of Directors. Funding for BBB activities is primarily derived from local business support. Unfortunately the BBB has no control over what content is posted on websites such as rip off report dot com or scam dot com.

Protect any data collected against mishandling and fraud, collect personal information only as needed, and respect the preferences of consumers regarding the use of their information.

Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity.

If a customer wishes to discontinue with their travel offer the money is refunded to them immediately. If communicating by email with an Odenza representative please ensure the email address contains "@odenza.com" (i.e. john@odenza.com). None of our staff are permitted to email customers using an anonymous email address.
