It is unlikely less informative because in a reflective essay a writer shares his/ her different experiences depending on the situation or circumstances being asked to share.
A reflective essay studies all aspects of the shared experience which is required to be evaluated with the writer’s perspective; it focuses mainly on the feelings, the factors that were involved in bringing out such a situation, the elements which have helped in coping up with the situation and further more the overall experience of going through a difficult time.
