How To Build Confidence

To build confidence is learning to reprogramme your inner thoughts in an entirely new way, A lack of self confidence is something that many people suffer from, If you do have a lack of confidence it can and most probably will affect your day to day life in a big way, Just something as simple as holding a general conversation with someone can seem a daunting task, Going outside, Meeting new people, Romantic relationships, Doing the things you would love and have an interest in doing if only you had the confidence of not worrying about what over people think of you.
People who suffer from a severe lack of confidence tend to want to just blend into the background and shy away from being the one to start or hold a
conversation for any length of time, They may come across as "Ignorant" as people who suffer from a lack of confidence or low self esteem tend to shy away from saying something as simple as hello to you or just a lack of conversation in general as they are worried that they may sound stupid for what they say, And for people who don’t know any different then this would be seen or perceived as just an "ignorant person", But this couldn’t be further from the truth,
To build confidence is by no means easy if you have a severe lack of it as it involves doing most of the things that someone with low confidence would
Simply shy away from or just point blank refuse to do in every day to day life, So to build confidence involves facing your fears, Try and do this as small stages at first and then increase facing your fears as you grow in confidence, Exercise is a great way of boosting your confidence as it gives you a natural high, Also try and stay away from negative thoughts and negative people as negativity will not help you to build confidence it will only make your negative inner thought patterns stay alive and kicking with a vengeance, So instead surround yourself with people who make you laugh and smile, Surround yourself with people who you think have lots of confidence and positivity as being around those sorts of personalities will slowly change the way you think and shift your negative thought patterns into positive thought patterns like they have.
Also visioning exercises are a good way to build confidence, Envision positive things that you want out of life, Listing goals and having a motivational
picture with you to take a look at every time you have a negative thought creep into your mind, Also inner positive self talk is probably the most
important of all, Every time your negative inner voice tells you "I can’t do this" "People don’t enjoy being around me" "I'm too shy of saying hello to that
Person" Interrupt your negative inner voice and replace it with the new shiny brand new positive inner voice, And instead of, "I’m to shy to say hello to that person" Say to yourself , "Today i can and will say hello to that person" People do enjoy being around me" "I can do this" And by doing this more and more each and every day then slowly but surely those negative inner voices will start to become less and less each day and will be replaced with only positive inner voices.
Always remember that your mind controls your actions and the way you come across to other people and makes you behave the way you do, By replacing all those negative thoughts with positive ones then you will start displaying a natural confident personality just like those positive confident successful people you are also now surrounding yourself with, So control your mind with only positive thoughts and your body will display positive confident actions, This is key to build confidence the right way and in time your mind will develop an inner force field to automatically rebound any negative thoughts trying to make there way back in, Learn to do each of these things gradually and slowly and only then you will start to build confidence more and more and maintain it without thinking about it.
