I started using the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program in July 2009. I not only wanted to lose weight but also have a tone body. I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off. By building my muscle mass while losing fat I my metabolism has been much higher and the weight is staying off. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in less than 5 months. My only regret is not finding this program earlier.

Likewise, there were a lot of foods I thought were not good for me that actually burn fat. I was amazed at the things I was doing wrong in my diets.

I eat a variety of foods and I eat often so I do not get bored or hungry with this program. I also like the fact that I don’t have to take any pills or put any supplements into my body. I really don’t know what is in diet pills and when I have taken them in the past I gained the weight back as soon as I stopped taking the pills.

This system has been proven to work time and time again. I think part of the reason this program has been so successful is because it is one of the easiest and permanent weight loss programs I have ever tried. My husband also tried Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. He had great success and has had more energy than I ever remember him having.
