Nutrition is essential to the human body. If our body does not get the right amount of nutrition to sustain our daily activities, then surely we would stress ourselves out.

With the right diet, enough rest and water intake, you will definitely have no problem on your health and nutrition.

Remember the food pyramid? The food pyramid is designed to give us the idea on what food that is good for us our health. Take for example: those fatty foods are on top of the pyramid, which means that it is good but with precaution. Too much of fatty foods can cause heart problems and high blood pressure.

Most of believed that taking out the carbohydrates would cut down the calorie intake. But don’t you know that carbohydrates are the energy giving food? 65% of our daily nutritional needs come from carbohydrates. Fruits, grains and vegetables are good sources of carbohydrates.

Protein helps restore, build and repair body tissues. It also helps our immune system working properly and regulates our hormones. When it comes to diet and exercise some of us reduce their protein intake while other says it should be increased. Protein helps build muscles especially when you want to tone your body.

Not all fats are bad. We hate fat but did you know that our body needs fat? The right fats are necessary and even essential for the structure and function of every cell in the human body. Fats are "fuels" and provide you with twice as much energy as any other food. Fat deposits in the body also serve as banks in which to store energy. Fats are insulating material, which protect you from undue cold.

Vitamin + Minerals + water = to complete and healthy life style. Some vitamins and minerals that we get from food are not sufficient so we need to take supplements to compensate for the loss vitamins and minerals in our body. Water on the other hand helps digest out food, hydrate us and helps in detoxifying our body. It is essential that we drink 8-10 glasses of water every day to stay hydrated and will help you feel better and think better.
