Bodybuilding is getting more and more popular as it is a discipline which requires strong mental and physical abilities. One of the many advantages of body building is that it is a sport which develops cardio vascular potential while increasing the muscular mass of the individual. A general rule is that a person undertaking a serious bodybuilding program should feel good and not tired while doing the program. In general, it is recommended to eat proteins about 45 to 60 minutes before a workout and within 1 hour of going to sleep.
