Get involve in core golf work outs. Sit on a particular exercise ball and use weighted medicine ball. Make sure that you properly sit on the exercise ball. The ideal sitting position should be in an upright posture. Keep your eyes straight ahead. Then, hold a medicine ball in your two hands and have it delivered to the chest height. (You may use a single dumbbell as an alternative for medicine ball, just in case you do not have one). As you keep your eyes straight ahead, slowly rotate on the right. Once you feel that it gets tighten, you should stop. Then, twist on the opposite way, still in a slow manner. Continue to hold the ball or dumbbell at the chest height. Perform this exercise as you go in both sides 6 to 8 times. Take a rest and then repeat another time.
This is just a simple form of exercise, yet proven to enhance your golf swing. Golf swing will help you enhance the strength of your core rotational and shall lead to improve power through swing.
