Boil 250ml of fresh, whole milk, 25ml of ginger juice (made from crushing fresh ginger) and 25g of brown sugar for 10 minutes. Sip slowly while it's still hot.
The best time for using a preventive home remedy is when stretch marks first show themselves. This is the time, when the elasticity of the skin begins to loosen its grip. Applying a home made moisturizing agent, such as cocoa butter or almond oil, can restore the lost elasticity of the skin to some extent. You may also try lavender oil or vitamin K lotions.
'Stretch marks' is another common problem and one that really worries some women. Again, I would like to point out that there is nothing to worry about, as you can easily deal with the problem with some simple home remedy. Let us first discuss why stretch marks occur. Our skin comprises of a thin outer layer and an inner layer called collagen. During nine months, many women suddenly put on a lot of weight.
Pregnant women should take utmost care to have a balanced diet. A balanced diet would help you avoid excessive weight gain. You should also remember to drink plenty of water. Remember that we need to keep our skin supple, as that enhances its elasticity, which in turn means no stretch marks.
Indigestion might be caused by a disease in the digestive tract such as ulcer or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), but for many people, it results from eating too much, eating too rapidly, eating high-fat foods, or eating during stressful conditions. Indigestion accompanied by smallness of breath, sweating, or pain radiating to the jaw, neck, or arm.
Weight gain is the reason why books, doctors, articles, and people around you advise walking, stretching, and other such physical activities. It ensures you put on only the necessary pounds during pregnancy. This prevents your skin to go through sudden stretches that leaves marks later.
Constipation may cause abdominal pain and swelling in some people. Constipation can lead to a build up of toxins, which can cause many health problems. Constipation mostly refers to a reduction in the frequency of bowel motions or increased difficulty passing stools.
Another pregnancy complication that can be faced by a pregnant woman is stretch marks. During pregnancy, a woman usually gains weight but sometimes they gain excess weight which results in stretch marks. It is advisable to start taking preventive measures against stretch marks as soon as pregnancy is confirmed.
Women are prone to depression twice as compared to men. Many hormonal factors may contribute to the increased rate of depression in women particularly factors as menstrual cycle, pregnancy, miscarriage, premenstrual syndrome and menopause. Many women also face additional tensions such as responsibilities both at work and home, single parenthood, and caring for children.
