One of the best ways to redecorate one's interior is having a good lighting. You cannot deny that a well-lit place makes a room lively and vibrant. Moreover, having light fixtures could further enhance the beauty of your house. Initially, you may think about adding chandeliers. It could add elegancy and sophistication to your room but it could also be expensive. In that case, go for its smaller version - the mini chandeliers. Also known as the chandelettes, these lighting fixtures can also be used for aesthetic looks. And because it is smaller than the original one, it is also a lot cheaper.

It may sound easy, well actually yes, as long as you keep in mind these handy tips.
First, you need to consider the size of your room. If the room is too large, a single mini chandelier placed on it will look awkward. It would not definitely give you enough light to illuminate a large room. Small chandeliers should be placed in areas of your house that would only require little space. Another option would be placing several of them such as placing one in each corner of the room. Places that are suitable to install a chandelette are in your bed room or your kitchen.
Determine Ceiling Height. If you want to lighten up the room, a mini chandelier is definitely not a good choice if you are having a very high ceiling. Because of the height, the light would not be able to reach the floor, thus not serving its purpose.
Pre existing lights and other house decorations would dictate the color and style of your chandelier. Colors may vary from different metal colors such as copper, gold, bronze, nickel or silver but usually, you will find black and white. You would want a piece that perfectly matches its surroundings.
Tip #2. Determine Your Purpose. Why do you want to have a mini chandelier? Is it for additional light source? A decorative fixture? Or both? Most of the times, these chandeliers are used for aesthetic purposes as these can create dramatic lighting effects when properly installed and angled.
When planning, it is important for you to sketch out your floor plan and determine the location of pre existing lights, if any. In this way, you can also decide where to put your mini chandeliers, making sure that none of these lights are too near or too far from each other.
