Feel the golf bag as it provides you the resistance while you make some strikes on the golf ball. Go through along with your own body. You should understand that the resistance developed on the leading leg encourages a power hit.
There are also golf training aides for those who want to acquire better balance. Get at least two house bricks and put them on the floor or ground with a closer width of shoulders apart. Get the golf club then stand on your chosen bricks. Apply your weight a little forward in the direction of your toes. Normally swing golf club. Exert more effort so you will fall over. This kind of training will hugely enhance your tempo and balance.
