Keep your feet shoulder measure apart. Then hold the club and keep it extended overhead. Start leaning your body at one side as if stretching on the reversed side. Wait for a little while then proceed immediately to the other side. Go over the same steps. Repeat steps 3 times for each side.
Another benefit of overhead side bend is the reduction of trunk rotation limitation. Thus, it enhances fuller back swing. It also reduces the stress developed in the lower back. Overhead side bend also generates additional speed of the club head. It also increases power along with the bigger coil.
