Inbound call centers are customer oriented and are dedicated to handling customer queries. Multi national companies have established their call centers in India. Companies invest money in training the workforce by imparting product knowledge, voice modulation training, and introduction to their culture. These BPOs work 24x7 to resolve customer complaints or to spread out information and other things.
Outbound call centers are aimed at selling the product and earning more profits from the business.
