- Less speed
From start to finish during the sexual act you should employ less speed. Even at the start of foreplay it's important to remember to slow things down. Try slowing your actions down, almost like you're in a movie that is being played slowly. This will relax you, make the session more intense and help you to delay ejaculation with no effort.
- Less thrusting
When your thrust in and out during sex, you are stimulating yourself in 2 ways. First of all you are stimulating the penis itself, and you are also stimulating the ejaculatory reflex. If you can slow this down and employ less effort you will be able to delay ejaculation.
